6-3-12 First Day

Finally I find myself in a place I've grown to love. It is a relief to finally be here. When I first arrived at the mission house it was without power, but later on it returned. An amazing couple is here with us from Colorado. Their names are Gregg and Sherry and they'll be here till Wednesday. I received   my schedule for my trip today and I will be spending a great amount of my time serving in Villa Franca the village where Jeffrey the child my family sponsors lives. It is an area with heavy gang activity and I will be staying in the home of the local minister. I'm very excited about to see what God has in store for me. It should be an amazing journey full of growth. I appreciate any and all prayers, not only for myself, but also for Mision Caribe, the local pastors, the people of Honduras, and Michael Weeks who is here serving as an intern as well.
